Transparent Pricing.
No Surprises.
We publish our fees upfront! You’ll know what to expect before we ever schedule a consultation. Our goal is simple: run a professional sale, maximize exposure, and handle the work without the awkward back-and-forth.
Before You Read Pricing
Most households overestimate resale value. That’s normal. In today’s market, average estates often gross between $8,000–$40,000 depending on tools, equipment, collectibles, and overall quantity. We want you walking in with realistic expectations.
Good Fit If…
You want a professional process, not a yard sale.
You prefer competitive bidding over negotiating prices all day.
You want everything offered for sale, with wide online reach.
You value clear terms and clean settlement reporting.
Not a Fit If…
You want retail pricing for used household goods.
You want to “test the waters” without committing to a plan.
You’re primarily looking for a donation pickup or junk removal.

What Sellers Typically Net
A common question is: “If my estate sells for about $10,000, what do I actually receive?” The easiest way to estimate is to look at seller proceeds after commission and the marketing package.
Example: $10,000 Hammer Total (Estates)
Hammer Total: $10,000
Auctioneer Commission (30%): -$3,000
Estate Marketing Package: -$1,000
Estimated Check To Seller: $6,000
Example: $12,000 Hammer Total (Estates)
Hammer Total: $12,000
Auctioneer Commission (30%): -$3,600
Estate Marketing Package: -$1,000
Estimated Check To Seller: $7,400
Most estates net roughly 40–60% of the hammer total, depending on marketing package, removal needs, and the final selling prices achieved by the market.

On-Site vs. Removal
If we run the estate on the property, there are no hourly setup fees and no removal fees.
On-Site Estate Auction
Removal-Based Estate Auction
If contents need to be removed and transported for off-site processing:
Labor: $30 per man-hour
Truck fee: $500 per estate
If the total contents are approximately 10×12 (one bedroom size), removal fees are waived.
Travel / Distance
Over 30 miles from Lake Charles: $0.50 per mile (added on top of the $500 truck fee)
For room contents over 30 miles: $100 flat fee
Heavy Equipment Pricing (15% / 15%)
Heavy equipment is typically lower labor than household estates and requires more targeted advertising. That’s why the commission is lower while still funding professional marketing and buyer reach.

Trailers, attachments, implements
Shop equipment and fleet tools
How It’s Sold

Targeted promotion to equipment buyers
Competitive bidding and clean settlement
Q: What is a buyer’s premium?
A: It’s a fee paid by the buyer and added to the winning bid. It helps fund the auction operation, marketing, and platform costs.
Q: Do you guarantee a specific sale total?
A: No. Auction results are market-driven. What we guarantee is the process: professional cataloging, promotion, and competitive bidding exposure.
Q: What if I only have a small amount to sell?
A: If your expected hammer total is below about $10,000, we can still talk—but the math may not work in your favor after marketing and labor. We’ll be direct about that upfront.
Q: Do you buy items?
A: No. We are a consignment auction company. We sell your items through a structured auction process and provide settlement after the sale.
